ROYAL YORK CONDUCT RULES
NOTE: SUNDAY TO THURSDAY AFTER 20:00PM (NO NOISE WILL BE ALLOWED)
FRIDAY TO SATURDAY AFTER 21:00PM (NO NOISE WILL BE ALLOWED)
This includes no loud talking, no loud music, no loud Tv’s, no loud banging
- It is the tenant’s obligation to keep the flat in a clean and livable condition.
- The tenant may replace light bulbs in the flat at own cost. The tenant must report light bulbs which are not working in the corridors and common areas whereupon the Landlord will replace same.
- The tenant shall not interfere with any electronic installation or equipment belonging to the Landlord.
- Tenants must also have the no flammable stuff and must register gas bottles with security ( all 9kg) larger is not allowed
- The tenant shall not damage the floors, walls or ceiling. Repairs for any damages will be charged to the tenant while occupying the premises and any other damages will be deducted from the deposit when the tenant vacates the premises.
- The tenant will be considerate of neighbours with regards to noise levels and will endeavour not to slam doors or windows or stomp or bang on the floors.
- The tenant may not hang washing over the balcony rails a clothes horse to dry clothing is permitted. A clothes horse for hanging washing on the balcony is permitted. No washing water or any other water may be thrown on the balcony to drain, please use your bath or toilet to do so!!!
- The tenant shall not leave rubbish or trash outside of the unit or the lift but will dispose of it in the allocated place where dustbins is located downstairs.
- No animals are allowed in the flat.
- For health reasons, please do not feed the pigeons.
- The tenant may park their vehicles in the designated parking bays only.
- The tenant will use the laundry responsibly and will not cause damage to the washing machines.
- Anybody entering the building, contractors or tenants need to abide by the OHS regulations and if they are tenants in the building providing a service the service provider, Network provider data or communication network provider they would need to abide by the house rules that are available from the Building Manger when pre-arranging access to enter the building. Access would be granted on a per situation circumstance, All lease terms,Lease payments and OHS and any legislation or licensing would need to be up to date and valid.
- Shops – no loud music or loud noise for extended amount of time, construction or otherwise and no flammable items (Example: Tires or large amounts of wood or flammable construction materials, no flammable fluids lager than a 1 or 2 litre container
